The Photographer
My journey with photography began when I was 8 years old. I moved from the states to the beautiful island of St. Maarten. I would follow along with my dad as we would explore the island for beauty with our Nikon in hand. Today I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark III and I bring out the beauty of my couples.
I began as a nature photographer, but eventually I developed as a wedding photographer. I love everything about weddings! No two weddings are alike so that keeps life interesting, creative and fun. I am also a romantic at heart, so that helps! Lol!
When I'm not shooting or editing a wedding, you can find me at the gym, hanging out with my kids and grandchildren, or at my favorite place, the beach! I am a Southern California native who now resides in Nashville, TN. I love to travel, whether it's for fun or business, or a little bit of both!
The Film Maker
Hi. I'm Chuck, film maker for Photos and Film by LuAnn. After serving 6 years in the US Marine Corp,, I began a career in software engineering, 3D animation and graphic design. I loved it all, but my passion was always wedding videography.
It is my greatest joy to work with couples who are in love, happy and excited to show the world that they have made a commitment to one another forever. I love celebrating alongside our couples as I capture the emotion of their wedding day. When I film that first look or the first dance, I seek to catch the feelings and emotions so you can relive them over and over forever as if you were still there in that moment.
When I'm not working, I love woodworking, electronics, history and playing my guitar. I love all things nature, whether it be a hike in the Northwest mountains, water skiing on a lake in Tennessee or a day at the beach, it is all good to me.
